Most of our marquee partners sub-hire from us across the season. You quote your client for the full package—marquee, flooring, lighting, tables, chairs, and a fridge trailer for marquee events. We deliver direct to site under your booking, you invoice your client, everyone’s happy.
We’re family-run, based near Norwich, and we cover Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Sussex. Our refrigerated trailers are chillers and freezers, single-axle or twin-axle depending on the scale of the event. Every trailer runs trailer GPS tracking GPS as standard, so you’ll always know where your hire is.
You don’t need to own a trailer, maintain one, or find winter storage. You call us when you win the job, we deliver and collect, and you focus on what you do best.
Typical hire patterns for marquee events
Peak season runs May through September. Weddings are the bread and butter—Friday setup, Monday collection. Corporate summer parties, garden fundraisers, agricultural shows. If there’s a marquee and catering involved, there’s usually a need for cold storage.
Some marquee firms book trailers on retainer blocks during June, July, and August to lock in availability. Others call job-by-job. Either works. The key is booking early once your diary starts filling up, because our trailers do get spoken for during peak weekends.
We also handle the awkward sites—farm tracks, country estates, village greens. If your marquee can get there, our trailer can too.

Which trailer suits marquee events
Single-axle trailers work well for smaller weddings and parties, typically up to 80–100 guests. Twin-axle gives you more capacity for larger events, multi-day festivals, or when the caterer needs serious volume.
Chillers hold salads, dairy, prep, desserts. Freezers handle ice cream carts, meat for the BBQ, or anything that needs to stay frozen overnight. We can supply one or the other, or both if the event calls for it.
The trailer plugs into 13 amp 240V mains—most marquee sites will have a generator or mains hookup already in place for lighting and sound. If it’s a remote site with no power at all, a small genny will run the unit without trouble.
Booking and logistics for B2B partnerships
Once you’ve confirmed the marquee booking with your client, give us the site address, event date, and rough guest count. We’ll recommend the right size trailer and give you a quote that includes delivery, collection, and GPS tracking.
For established marquee companies we can set up 30-day invoicing on account, which makes life easier when you’re juggling multiple events across the same month. First-time hires usually run on deposit and balance, bank transfer or card.
We deliver the trailer a day or two before the event (or whenever your setup schedule needs it) and collect once the caterer’s done. You don’t need a tow vehicle and your team doesn’t need to collect from our yard. We handle the logistics so you can stay on site doing what matters.
If your client changes the date or the weather pushes everything back a day, just let us know. We work with enough marquee firms to understand that event timings can shift.
